We started using Fusionetics this year with the NC State men's basketball team. It is an all encompassing human performance platform that allows us to keep our data in one easy-to-use place. We have used the system to help bridge the gap between our sports medicine, nutrition, and strength & conditioning departments in order to better serve our student-athletes. We have always placed an emphasis on our recovery strategies through sleep, nutrition, and treatments in the athletic training room. The weekly recovery and readiness questionnaire allows us to monitor these things closely. We use these questionnaires, in addition to the data we collect from the Movement Efficient screening and Range of Motion assessments, to red-flag and intervene with our at-risk athletes. This system transformed my corporate drone / weekend warrior body. It used to be that I barely was able to enjoy the outdoor activities I love, but always had pain afterwards. After using the system intensely it created a wholly functioning body that was strong and capable. The evidence that this system works is that using this system for only 6 months I was able to row a 2000 lb boat through the most dangerous white water in the Grand Canyon. The trip was 225 miles over 19 days. Not only was I able to row but I did it well, no flips, and without pain. This is amazing considering that I also have had more than 6 specific joint surgeries that yielded a body full of misaligned mechanics and pain. This system and the extraordinary instruction enabled me to create some amazing accomplishments and treasured memories since I first started using it 7 years ago. This system isn’t only applicable for professional athlete but should be used for every serious adventure enthusiast. Now that I’m training for another major adventure I will only use trainers that use this evidence based sports medicine system.

I want to tell you I had the Fusionetics test done on myself and am doing the recommended exercises.
